1.Direct construction operations and maintenance activities at project site. 2.Estimate quantities and cost of materials. equipment, or labor. 3.Study and evaluate drawings -Architectural, Structural, Reinforcement, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Detection and Fighting, HVAC , Landscape, etc. and I am very confident with analytical mind because I believes in perfection. 4.I have experience of handling sub-contractors, payment control, bill approval of sub-contractors and should also possess knowledge of preparing BOQ, Bill Preparation and submission to clients, attending client meetings on site & off site. Planning / scheduling and monitoring. Preparation of measurement books. Preparation, review and certification of site measurement and bills. 5.Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints of the project. 6.Co- ordinate with Architects, structural engineers, consultants and outside agencies. Responsible for timely completion of projects assigned as per the schedule, with a focus on budget, quality & safety parameters. 7.
