• In charge of SLP operations in 44000 SQ/FT Smart Bazaar, managing inventory movement of worth Rs 6.50Cr ensuring all inward & outward is recorded & document are available for future audits. • Responsible for Process implementation, Shrinkage control, Theft/Fraud prevention & detection & incident reporting. • Performed Effective Coordination with Central Ops & Category/Business team for uninterrupted business activities. • Ensure Conducting audits on security and safety, investigations of fraud incidences &, shrinkage. Responsible to encourage & promote Loss Prevention within the workforce using integrity and ethical methods and to investigate & report the process violations. • Use the methodology of collection of information's secretly and discreetly. • In–depth knowledge of various security concepts, practices/ procedures including investigative techniques, security access technologies with electronic surveillance. Expertise in handling modern SAS equipment’s EAS antennas, Security tags, DFMDs, HHMDs and CCTV Surveillance. • Kept liaison with the Government and Law enforcement agencies for smooth operations. Providing extra surveillance over sensitive areas. • Training & Security Audit: Conducting monthly internal Security & safety Audits and setting standards in accordance to Organizational security/safety policy. Conducting weekly VC training for security managers of Audits, Processes, Security protocol, Incident handling and reporting, Crisis Management, Safety policies & procedures and Loss Prevention Policies and techniques. • Team Management: Managing a team of 12 Loss Prevention Associate. Supporting business team to provide safe & secured business environment. Imparting training to the security personnel/ operation staff on Loss prevention practices, security, fire safety, emergency evacuation, organizational SOPs & various security functions.

Grocery Project (Fleet)- • Maintaining necessary documents at HUB as per Government standards. • Maintaining the delivery percentage as per company standards & and mentioning the high perfect order within the delivery slot • Roster planning for Delivery associates as per load assumption. • DA audit for readiness as per Government standards & and maintaining records. • Maintaining records for company assets assigned to delivery associates. • Supporting the BTL team to cover new areas. • DA training & smooth onboarding. Achievements: • Certified PIC from the UAE govt in food hygiene scored 78%. • Received best TL award in Q3 2020 for zero loss in a big sales event (Yellow Friday sale). • Received best TL award in Q1 2022 for keeping good scan above 98%.

Daily Tasks- window. • Analyzing the load arrival trend & arranging the SP for timely& fast depart. • Audit of receiving, sorting, assigning & departing process by the team & guiding them to do it in a more efficient manner. • Controlling the aging packing lying in the station with the correct scan. • Minimizing the station losses & discussing it with the station team for the corrective suggestion & implementing the best practice came from their end. • Maintaining a cooperative relationship between Amazon seller & SLSP. • Innovating ideas to reduce the CPS (Cost Per Shipment) & controlling the petty expenses of the station. • Maintaining the SLA (Service level agreement) by resolving all the concessions filed by the customer. • Maintaining WBR (Weekly business review) to match the company standards & generating ideas to improve it. • Analyzing proper RTS (Return to station) for the attempted, and rejected packets. • Monitoring Cash reconciliation from all the SP partners needs to be closed EOD & discrepancies need to be reported as per SOP. • Maintaining daily asset count & security checklist for future audits. • Roster adherence should be 100% by SP to avoid any out. • Monitoring CCTV to control the activities that happen in the absence & identifying the defaulter. • Providing necessary training to the subordinates for their future growth & monitoring all for the role. Achievements: • Maintained 97.1% FDDS (First-day delivery success) for standard deliveries & 99.3% for prime shipments. • 100% pickup attempt within the slot in peak season. • Reduced bad scan from 8% to 5% • 2nd runner-up in most MPOS transections in the region in Q3 (2018) • Top performing hub for 4 consecutive weeks (2018)
