- Worked as Research Associate Law at the Centre for Comparative Law -Edited and Researched on the Project of Indian Legal System: An Enquiry. -Provided research and compilation on the Indian Yearbook of Comparative Law 2019. -Assisted Prof. Mahendra Pal Singh in the conducting and developing the course on ‘Comparative Public Law’ and ‘Comparative Law’ offered to LL.M. students. -Provided research on comparative human rights law and comparative constitution law.
The work here comprises of scrutiny of complaints, research, data analysis, drafting of reports and minutes preparation. Specific projects involved in - Studying the Sustainable Development Goals Progress in India with specific focus on SDG 3 relating to health and well being. - Comparative Analysis of Child Rights Convention and Domestic Legislations in India, - Making Healthcare as an entitlement in India.
The work here mainly comprised of drafting Consumer Complaints, Company Appeals and interim applications in Company Appeals, presenting arguments and providing research on various areas of law. Drafted Special Leave Petition for seeking necessary directions for filling of seats fallen vacant after the counselling of the NEET PG 2013. Provided research under the Maternity Benefit Act 1961, Section 12(1)(c) of the Right to Education Act, 2009 and the use and misuse of Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
