Singapore
I am a Senior Legal Counsel at the Urban Redevelopment Authority, with nearly 5 years' experience as a Deputy Public Prosecutor / State Counsel at the Attorney-General's Chambers. My legal career is comprised mainly of court litigation in the public interest. Outside of work, I enjoy coaching and guiding moot teams representing my alma mater, the Singapore Management University Yong Pung How School of Law. I graduated with a Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from SMU, where I represented SMU in various moot competitions relating to international law. I captained the SMU team in the school's maiden attempt at the 2020 PAX Moot on European private international law, and twice in the 2019 and 2020 editions of the Hong Kong Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Moot. My teams' oral and written performances in these moots have been some of SMU's best to date. Prior to law school, I was a Logistics Executive directing operations, operations excellence, and business development projects, with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Second Upper Class Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University's School of Materials Science and Engineering.
