With over 10 years of work experience in the aviation and food services industry, I am a strategic and versatile leader who can drive business growth, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture. As the Chief Financial Officer and HR Director for gategroup Asia Pacific, I oversee all finance and HR activities across the region. I am passionate about delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers, partners, and employees. In my current role, I leverage my skills in strategy, due diligence, financial modeling, and project management to identify and execute profitable opportunities in the Aviation and Food Services segments. I have successfully led the development and implementation of Food Services GTM strategies, selective M&A activities, and strategic alliances that have expanded our market presence and enhanced our competitive advantage. I have also managed the country operations for Cambodia, where I have managed and steered through the COVID-19 pandemic, three airline catering facilities and one cafe, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
