I am a problem-solving creative with a strong visual background and a focus on MVP delivery. Highlights include: 🏢 Enterprise applications. Delivered multiple B2B SaaS applications across various industries including cybersecurity, pharmaceuticals, fleet management, customer support, and loan services, entailing onboarding, inventory management, payment, CMS integration, identity systems, and most of all, a lot of tables. 💠 Design Systems. Involved in the full design system lifecycle, creating multiple design systems from scratch, complete with variables and design tokens, dark/light mode conversion, maintaining and evolving existing components, and collaborating with frontend developers to align design with implementation, whether it be homegrown or based on a open-source library, such as Ant D. ♿️ Accessibility Advocate: Developed, evangelized, and implemented an end-to-end accessibility process, phased out from the most foundational of elements, such as logical tab order and semantic HTML, to more complex, modern-day interactions, such as dropdowns, calendars, and toasts, to deliver screenreader-accessible and keyboard-operable experiences in-line with WCAG and latest best-practices. 🚀 Thought Leadership: Authored one of the first design guidelines for chatbots on the market, based on findings from guerrilla research at a local college and the personal experience of building a Facebook chatbot, resulting in a series of articles that has garnered 100k+ views and 6k+ likes on Medium to date.
