Hello, everyone! I'm Jingwen, a marketing enthusiast currently pursuing my Master's degree in Marketing Analytics at EDHEC Business School. - Background: Coordinated the of Clinique's online business in 21 EMEA countries, analyzing metrics to optimize operations. - E-commerce operations & digital marketing: Supported brand.com operations; coordinated 3 new product online launch events, among which High FI mascara became the brand’s No. 1 online sales item 3 months after its launch, hitting $83k. Responsible for the concept design and copywriting of KSM including Blue Monday, Lash Day, etc. - Data analysis: Use Google Analytics and Oracle BI to conduct monthly and quarterly consumer behavior analysis; monitor e-commerce KPIs from multiple dimensions, such as retail sales, orders, traffic, keyword search, conversion rate, recruitment rate, retention rate, etc., and optimize follow-up strategies accordingly. - Holiday campaign execution: Formulate and implement Cyber Month GTM plan. Through step up offer, loyalty program, customer segmentation CRM operation, online retail sales achieved $6M in November, and the AOV increased by 11% year-on-year. Converted 5.8% of potential users into purchases.
Marketing for Home Care marketing department under the brand LOVE HOME & PLANET, helping to improve the sales performance and exposure of products in different channels. Brand building: track the purchase volume and sales performance of key offline channels, adjust and implement marketing strategies accordingly; connect with 3 external advertising companies, deliver brand positioning and product selling point information, participate and supervise the campaign implementation. Brand development: participate in the whole process of listing new packaged laundry detergent products and new laundry beads; carry out consumer insight and competition analysis from multiple channels, independently complete 10 qualitative studies; communicate external sample testing, artwork design, key customer sample delivery, and internal financial and legal compliance communication.
• Data analysis: Processed and analysed key merchant sales data using the tools such as the company’s database, SQL and Excel from multiple dimensions; designed and adjusted the operational strategies according to the results; conducted specific account diagnosis and summarized the methodology. • Community operation: Responsible for managing more than 500 merchants of Shandong and the Pearl River Delta region; launched weekly brainstorming to optimize the operation process; the participation rate of key activities was kept above 85% and the usage rate of the advertising products increased by 32%. • Merchant management: one-on-one interviewed more than 30 key merchants; provided targeted improvement suggestions based on performance data; overall sales data of key merchants have improved.

It is one of China’s largest pharmaceutical companies and among the earliest multinational pharmaceutical companies to enter China. CCM is one of the core business units which handles with financial basic but overall cross-functional jobs. My work basically covered 3 dimensions. - Sales: Liaised with over 150 dealers nationwide and assisted them with rebate checking and taking. - Finance: Producing the quarterly financial statements and organized the customers’ refunding data. - Audit: Supported the Audit Department in performing quarterly spot check of orders.
