Co-Founded Neuron Technology and developed an intelligent assistant technology to improve management and safety in shared space and research facilities. + Invented new user-centric and collaborative technology to support managers and users. Worked as a full-stack developer to create a web application that communicates with other 3rd party’s technology and APIs. Designed the technology architecture, database, visualisation algorithms, and hardware. + Executed detailed market research for startups and research projects to identify market demand and opportunities through interviews, focus groups, large-scale surveys, social media tests, and field trials. Specialised consulting role in overseeing the daily operations, finance, activities, and branding strategically, leading towards a world-class backspace. + Developed a brand strategy to boost reputation and visibility globally through marketing, events, and partnerships (e.g. New Scientist, IET, Natural History Museum). + Fostered partnerships between researchers, and inventors with funders through organised events and networking. + Led industry-partnered activities with resounding success, including IET-Robotics Hackathon and BP-Imperial Hackathon. + Assisted members to develop their inventions to reach the market. + Led the team and recruited students to design and successfully host the BP-Imperial Hackathon with BP and Amazon, focusing on voice technology. Researched their capabilities, budgets, prepared proposals and obtained funding for hackathons, equipment and student workshops. + Delivered the first technology prototyping and making course for Imperial Horizons and Centred of Doctoral Training. Rated the best modules within the college by students.
Coordinated with teaching fellows from Innovation Design Engineering and lead the teaching team to design and deliver high-quality and fast pace technology modules for undergraduate students involving sensors, actuators, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, IoT, and Python programming.
