Managing Prisma Access, Juniper Mist and Cisco/Meraki Wireless, F5 APM/LTM, Cisco Nexus and Juniper EX series switches and zScaler ZIA. • Had experience in Cisco Firepower FTD/FMC, Fortinet Fortigate firewalls/ Forti Manager / Forti Analyzer, , Symantec Blue Coat SG. • Had experience in Cisco Voice/Collaboration, supported and managed Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), CUBE, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Unified IM & Presence and SIP or MGCP gateways. • Had worked in complex network environment using OSPF, BGP, Static Routes, Route Redistribution, MPLS, MPLS-VPN, IPSec VPN. • Had experience of Lan Switching: VLANs, VTP trunking, Ether-channel, Spanning-tree, Q-in-Q.
