* Build Handover Packages in MCPIM Dashboard by area/facility for formal review and approval; * Work with various Area Owners and Functional Groups for validation of deliverables; * Verify and update status of key deliverables and final Handover Packages in MCPIM Dashboard; * Compile electronically deliverables, make Coreworx/IC link into MCPIM Dashboard; * Review outstanding punch list items and coordinate activities with Area Owner and Production Team to determine readiness of area/facility for handover; * Develop associated Work Process Flow Charts and detailed Task Listing; * Identify gaps in work plans and processes, and opportunities to improve to support timely completion of deliverables and handover to Phase 5 Production Operations; * Interface with Project and Operations personnel where required for the execution of duties and participate, organize formal handover meetings. * 根据区域或设施分类,在MCPIM Dashboard建立完工包，检查并更新各交付物和完工包的最新状态 * 检查Zenator数据库里未完成尾项最新状态，协助区域所有人和生产团队确定某区域或设施是否可以移交 * 制定相关的工作流程图和详细的任务列表 & 协助举行并参与正式的系统移交会议 * 识别工作计划和流程与实际情况的偏差，完善计划和流程以便交付物按时完成，顺利移交进入生产阶段
