• Experience in various business processes of specialty manufacturing companies; • Experience in formulation development, product designs/specifications, production, QA/QC, problem solving; • Experience in protocols of IMO, MilSpec, NSF, ASTM, UL, SSPC, and NACE; • Hands-on knowledge of epoxies, polyurethanes/polyureas, vinyl esters/polyesters, polysulfides, silicones, fluoroelastomers, emulsion polymers, carbohydrates, proteins, minerals, & silicates; • Hands-on skills in color matching, FTIR, thermal analysis, mechanical characterization, and various lab operations; • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Database and Web pages.
