As Senior Manager Data & Risk Management and Local Data Protection Officer (LDPO) for Porsche China, it is my Team's responsibility to - steer privacy compliance & data security for Porsche China and co-managed Chinese subsidiaries. As Porsche China Local Data Protection Officer (LDPO), I am representative of the company in all matters of Privacy. [Privacy Protection] - ensure the local Information Security Management in accordance with group InfoSec strategy & requirements, and fulfill local regulatory requirements. [Information Security Management] - manage the company Risk Strategy, oversee and coordinate corporate Risk Management and Internal Control practices. [Risk Management] - implement Business Continuity Management (BCM), oversee and lead BCM activities during critical times and incidents. [BCM] - ensure local Supplier Risk Management from financial perspectives. [Supplier Risk Management] - ensure the local Insurance Management in accordance with group insurance strategy and fulfill local business development. [Insurance Management] To contribute to one important strategic pillar of Porsche - “becoming a data-driven company”, my team also provides Data Governance and Data Product & Services to whole company as well as dealer network, that includes: - provide a corporate-level BI Product to generate business insights and support managements' & employees' decision making. [PCN BI] - lead and manage organization-wide data governance activities with the responsibility for improving the data quality and integrity, facilitating data availability and usability, as well as managing data as strategic assets. - Leadership and Management of Finance Strategy & Risk Management within CFO-Division, incl. Risk Management, Insurance, Information Security Management and Safety at Work. - Responsible for developing the local Risk Management framework & standards in accordance with group RMS methodologies and models for identifying, assessing and mitigating risks for the company. -Ensure implementation of the local Risk Management practices across-company, assure good knowledge level and adequate skill sets related to Risk Management are developed in the company. Ensure effective dissemination of all risk related information to relevant stakeholders, and timely reporting of risks and remediation measures to Management and group counterparts. - Manage local Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities in compliant with group BCM standards and requirements, continuously review and improve local BCM framework and procedures. Oversee and coordinate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Resource Analysis with business process owners. Support scenario coordinators to derive emergency strategies, to create and improve Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and conduct testing of BCPs on regular basis. -Other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time, including Compliance Projects in the area of Data Privacy, Risk & Opportunity Management and Strategic Projects.
- Assist top management to achieve business target through provision of timely, insightful and action-oriented reporting and financial analysis of the whole company for short-, medium- and long-term - Key finance partner for business departments, supporting initiatives essential for the achievement of agreed target and thereby moving the business forward - Monthly financial reports for top management and group to monitor the deviation between actuals and targets (incl. consolidation, evaluation, deviation analysis and improvement implementation tracking) - Profitability analysis and reports of all product lines in sales and after sales for short-, medium- and long-term - Review and preparation of documents for Shareholder, Supervisory Board meeting and Finance Closing meeting
- Financial controlling and monthly management reporting to Porsche China and group - Annual budget planning, forecasting, liquidity monitoring and headcount control - Coordination and preparation of Board and Business meetings of own retailer
- Auditing annual and consolidated financial statements and advising companies with different legal structures and in different sectors - Preparing transfer pricing documentation for a large Chinese company based in Germany - Internal Control / Risk Management: illustration and description of significant processes, monitoring of internal controls by walkthrough of selected processes
