I am an enterprise AI transformation professional with experience across generative AI enablement, software delivery, data platforms, tax technology, and mission-critical financial systems. At HAKUHODO Technologies, I contribute to the adoption of Claude-based AI-assisted development across Hakuhodo DY Group. As part of the Data Management Center, I help translate generative AI capabilities into practical enterprise development workflows, including delivery and deployment enablement using Harness. Previously, I worked in EY’s Tax Technology & Transformation practice, supporting tax-related system implementations and technology-led transformation initiatives. My work involved connecting tax and operational requirements with system solutions, while applying automation and AI where appropriate. Earlier in my career at Simplex, I participated in the implementation, maintenance, and operation of FX trading systems for a major securities firm. My strength lies in bridging business context and technology execution: structuring complex requirements, collaborating across business and engineering teams, and turning emerging technologies into scalable and usable enterprise capabilities. With an academic background combining statistics and sociology, I also bring a multidisciplinary perspective to data, organizational change, and technology adoption. Data Management Center | Enterprise GenAI Enablement • Contribute to the enterprise rollout of Claude-based AI-assisted development across Hakuhodo DY Group. • Support the design and adoption of GenAI-enabled software development workflows for enterprise engineering teams. • Enable software delivery and deployment processes using Harness, supporting repeatable and operationally reliable AI-driven development. • Bridge engineering, data/platform, and business stakeholders to translate adoption requirements into practical implementation. • Contribute to reusable guidance, onboarding assets, evaluation methods, and adoption support for development teams.
