o Lead the design and development of anti-corruption programme to adapt to SAPIN II law (3 pillars) o Develop the core procedure documents which form part of the anti-corruption programme (such as gift and hospitality policy, donation and sponsorship project compliance management etc.) o Develop anticorruption risk map, set up remediation plan with all the relevant developments and oversee the implementation. o Execute 2nd level control on the effectiveness of the anti corruption programme. o Develop and conduct anti corruption training for different categories of employees (e. g. executives, the most highly exposed employees ) .
o Organize decision-making process for bidding/contract. o Managethe contract risks. o In charge of the process training.
o In charge of business opportunity management / loan contract management / customer relation and event management/ the process optimization and training. o Organizing decision-making process for business opportunity.
o In charge of capturing clients and partners in China and managing clients’ data. o Market Survey Research Reports; Organization of meetings and trade missions. o Editing monthly Newsletter about business opportunities in China and in Spain
