Sergeant Major; senior enlisted advisor to the Deputy Advisor, Ministry of the Interior; primary advisor on all matters pertaining to enlisted Afghan National Police Forces; responsible for training, assisting, advising and mentoring senior enlisted personnel of the Afghan National Police Force.
Serves as the Command Sergeant Major for a Military Police Battalion consisting of over 900 Soldiers responsible for the training, health, welfare and professional development; serves as the principal advisor to the commander and staff on all enlisted matters, Family issues, individual training, logistics, and administration; responsible for the oversight the Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development Program conducts senior leader engagements to address Soldier issues and concerns regarding pay, living quarters and support.
Serves as the Command Sergeant Major for a CID battalion consisting of 143 Soldiers and Civilians responsible for providing felony criminal investigative support to 183,000 Soldiers and Civilians on 41 installations across the entire Pacific area of operations; serves as the principal advisor to the commander and staff on all enlisted matters, Family issues, individual training, logistics, and administration; responsible for the oversight of the criminalistics, forensic evidence collection, processing, and management and agent recruiting programs; conducts senior leader engagements to address Soldier issues and concerns regarding investigative actions/support.
