As a graduate of Stanford and UCLA, I've worked in high tech and Silicon Valley internet businesses for 28 years. I was a data science leader at the LinkedIn company (part of Microsoft) for 12 years across all global businesses (subscriptions, ads, jobs, and online learning). My data science teams built AI solutions, along with the data foundations and product/marketing/sales analytics, to scale the LinkedIn business for better customer outcomes. LinkedIn recognized me with both a Leadership Award and a Motivational Champion Award. I taught an industry seminar at the UCLA Anderson School of Management for 5 years. In addition, I've been active as a community service leader including currently leading a group of volunteer career coaches to help job seekers.
