* Assisted to lead the LIFIPS system revamp project, supporting the internal Project Manager technically with a specifically focus on data-related enhancements to improve analytical functions in the future system. Provided technical advice and recommendations on system, data design, data migration approach to contractors. * Coordinated and aligned project efforts among various stakeholders, including vendors and ICT team members. Supervised a small team to perform quality assurance on contractor deliverables. * Supported and maintained the existing LIFIPS 1.0 system, including responding to user inquiries, extracting data for reporting, creating geographic building nodes, and monitoring Redmine change request items. * Managed e-submission digitalization project, leading a team of two to convert PDF online submissions in LIFIPS and migrate them to CEFS e-form submission. * Administered the FSD TCAP Training Portal, providing system maintenance, user support, and iAM Smart integration. * Oversaw data migration from LIFIPS to the TCAP system, including data profiling, analysis, transformation, and cleansing before production launch. * Supported data integration between TCAP and LIFIPS, coordinating contractors to ensure seamless data interfacing. * Provided open data support by extracting LIFIPS data for the Government Open Data initiative. * Assisted the IDA team with the Data Warehouse project by providing LIFIPS-related technical support and data assistance. * Prepared comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, operation guidelines, user requirements specifications, work assignment briefs, tender documents, and maintenance contract specifications, etc.

Managed the transition of data extraction from the new POS system and ETL processes for the data warehouse, closely monitoring project schedules to minimize disruptions for frontline staff. * Gathered and analyzed user requirements, planned and executed a pilot run for a regional data warehouse and BI solution to meet the President of APAC’s expectations.
