Security Operations Leader | Critical Infrastructure | Veteran

Greater Quebec City Metropolitan Area

About

I currently lead security operations for a mission-critical environment, overseeing a team of 60+ security professionals and more than 1,850 contracted hours each week. My responsibilities span security operations, workforce management, operational planning, and the continuous improvement of both people and processes. What motivates me most is leadership. I enjoy developing people, helping them grow, and recognizing those who consistently go the extra mile to improve not only themselves, but the team around them. I’m naturally drawn to solving operational problems and optimizing the way things are done. Whether it’s making a process simpler, faster, or more effective, I believe there’s almost always a better way. I’m not a fan of “it’s always been done this way.” I enjoy challenging the status quo, troubleshooting complex issues, and building practical solutions that make sense. As an ASIS International member and PSP Candidate, I’m committed to continuous learning and becoming the best leader I can be.
