• Architected a GIS-based transportation network model for travel time simulations across HDB estates, giving urban planners a spatial decision layer they didn't previously have • Built Tableau and Python Dash dashboards that gave senior inspectors real-time KPI visibility, directly accelerating data-driven decisions against organisational OKRs • Prototyped LLM workflows on AWS Bedrock (Claude) within SageMaker to auto-classify citizen feedback on illegal parking, enhancing automation in feedback analysis • Contributed to an AI-driven RAG chatbot applying NLP and conversational AI techniques to improve citizen-facing customer service response quality • Led cross-functional collaboration with planning, operations, and policy stakeholders to define problem scopes and build shared metrics that aligned technical solutions with business objectives • Built reusable geospatial feature engineering techniques to support diverse projects, enabling faster and more consistent stakeholder responses • Ranked #1 at HDB and Top 50 across 582 participants (294 submissions) in the GovTech × AWS AI League 2025, engineering a model that achieved a 55% win rate (27/49 correct responses) — proof the approach worked under competitive, real-world conditions • Participated in the inaugural DATxHDB 2022 Tableau Dashboard tournament; team placed among the Top 8 finalists • Member of the inaugural DATxHDB 2022 Tableau Dashboard Tournament event organising committee • Supported colleagues by resolving technical issues with Anaconda • Led GenAI compliance oversight for HDB use cases through the MDDI GenAI Application Clearance process — ensuring every Generative AI deployment met Singapore public sector standards on risk, data governance, and responsible AI

• Delivered a pilot study on hawker centre footfall using spatial analytics, generating a siting and sizing framework that gave planners a replicable methodology for future centre location decisions. • Surfaced historical land use trends through interactive geospatial visualisations, translating decades of data into planning insights that non-technical stakeholders could act on directly. • Analysed parking occupancy trends to better understand how land use patterns affect demand
• Self-taught UiPath Studio from zero and delivered a working RPA solution for the customs declaration workflow within 5 months, directly improving operational throughput on a process that ran daily • Designed and ran a hands-on UiPath upskilling workshop for colleagues, driving internal adoption of RPA tooling and building a team that could sustain automation beyond the internship • Produced a live-action IT security simulation video used to reinforce digital workplace best practices — a behavioural nudge that extended beyond the IT team to the broader office
