Responsible for being the strategic interface between the Information Technology (IT) department and business segments to align technology initiatives with organizational goals. This role requires a strong combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to drive value through technology enablement and ensure IT solutions meet business needs. Acts as a trusted advisor, advocate, and change agent for respective business units. • Strategic Partnership & Leadership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business unit leaders to understand strategic objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Primary point of contact between IT and the business unit, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. • Technology Planning & Execution: Collaborate on the development of IT budgets, project plans, and resource allocation for assigned business units. • Change Management & Advocacy: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and minimize business disruptions. Advocate for business needs within IT and vice versa to foster a collaborative and innovative environment. • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage analytics and data insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Team Management & Development: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring their growth and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsible for managing the Information Technology Department, ensuring the proper functioning of information systems, and overseeing necessary upgrades to support organizational needs. This role involves implementing and maintaining IT policies, managing budgets, and developing strategic plans. Key responsibilities include monitoring IT security, maintaining data protection, overseeing disaster recovery and business continuity, and managing vendor relationships. Lead help desk support roles, provide technical direction to the Systems Administrator, and support corporate software and hardware.
