The Senior Patient Ambassador Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities and developing strategic and tactical approaches to capitalize upon them in their respective area. The Managers also ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies and tactics in their respective areas. The Manager must ensure the execution of all appropriate patient support programs. The Manager is responsible for providing detailed market dynamics and potential approaches and developing strategies and tactics to the franchise team. Patient Ambassador Managers have the primary responsibility and our accountable for the management of the patient Ambassador.
The Ambassador Program Manager is responsible for operations for the Ambassador program externally and internally. Contribute to strategic and tactical development of patient ambassador support initiatives for the franchise. Responsible for management and coordination of various support functions and activities for the franchise Ambassador field force. Develop, initiate and pull-through marketing strategies and enhance execution to maximize ROI. Report to a Senior Manager and work with Marketing managers, Sales leadership & reporting, Patient Services Training, Customer Outreach, Ambassador field management, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, key vendors, ad agencies and others. Work cross-functionally to create, implement and optimize all necessary support initiatives. Identify opportunities, create and implement strategies and leverage all necessary tools and programs to optimize Ambassador Program’s opportunities.
Area Marketing Strategy and Initiatives Develop, execute and measure the effectiveness of customized marketing initiatives that leverage local market opportunities and align with the National Brand Strategy. Regions: Nation Responsibilities include: Drives sales and investment. Ensure the execution of field based marketing strategies and tactics. Develop customized area marketing plans based on strategic analysis that identifies regional opportunities and evaluates return-on-investment. Conduct regional marketing projects including pilot programs to address opportunities or challenges. Anticipate market trends and implement the necessary changes to meet customer needs. Responsible for customization initiatives. Key point of contact for National External Experts, Medical Societies, academic institutions and advocacy entities. Manage all sponsorship opportunities for AndroGel and Men's Health opportunities. Manage Physician Speaker's Bureau and operating budget. Customer Management - Internal and External. Partners with home-office and field-based Leadership.
