Provide coaching and direction to 45 franchise organizations in the Central Midwest. 3 Time Founder's Club winner #1 territory in sales growth in 2012 and 2013, and Top 25% each year. Responsible to ensure brand integrity, Influencing operational excellence through coaching and accountability. Develop talented teams that deliver on sales and profit targets.
Operated 70 restaurants over 5 different DMAs. I was responsible for people development, new restaurant performance, guest excellence, and margin controls. I had 11 direct reports and 8 indirect reports when I left the brand. During my tenure I either led or was top 3 in most performance categories. There were several ideas that with my team we were able to add to the market and eventually the entire brand.
Turned around under performing market that resulted in the successful sale of the entire 53 restaurant Indianapolis DMA to the current PH franchisee. Drove higher standards, sales and margin improvement through coaching and people development. Turnover dropped from 175% to 110% during my tenure. 8 people directly reported to me in addition to dotted line responsibility to support staff.
