I am Chartered Surveyor specialising in the Logistics and Urban Logistics sectors. While starting my career in the UK industrial market, I have focused on Continental European markets in the last 15 years. This focus, particularly on the Logistics sector with SEGRO culminated in the creation of the SEGRO European Logistics Partnership (SELP) in October 2013. In 5 years we tripled the GAV to €3bn through acquisitions and developments and increased the number of countries we invest in from 6 to 8 with the inclusion of Spain and Italy in 2015 and 2016 respectively. In July 2018 I took on the role of Business Unit Director for Northern Europe. Leading the SEGRO business in Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Austria.

Responsible for the Operational business in Northern Europe with a clear development lead growth strategy for the future.
