I build tools to help companies maximize returns on their advertising investment. Previously I worked on attribution and incrementality on the measurement and data science team in Amazon Ads, managed mobile teams at HomeAdvisor (now Angi), consulted on marketing and growth strategy for a national retail brand, and led teams ranging in size from 3 to 300 as an aviation officer and Blackhawk pilot in the military. Specialties include: product management, data analysis, marketing strategy, experimental design, ethnographic research, operational modeling, project management, new product launch, and design thinking.
Created an analytical model combining geography and customer demographics, overlaid with store locations and capabilities, to prioritize sales growth opportunities for a national home improvement retailer. Deployed an experimentation and testing framework using machine learning comparison algorithm to create store cohort groups for national marketing initiatives.
Responsible for resource allocation, training, and management, to include building systems and processes from the ground up, for a 300-person organization providing installation-level maintenance support for all 86 helicopters at Fort Carson.
Managed the design, requirements, implementation, and deployment of a demand centric, web-based flight request and management system. Served as the aviation subject matter expert within the current operations cell of the 20,000-person NATO headquarters for Eastern Afghanistan. Managed resource allocation and optimization for 14 mission sets, overseeing all general officer movements in Regional Command - East.
Supervisor for a flight platoon consisting of 11 warrant officers, 6 non-commissioned officers, and 9 junior enlisted Soldiers. Responsible for the training and leadership of the platoon and the maintenance and utilization of five UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters, worth over $60 million. Logged 700 flight hours, 150 as Pilot in Command.
