As Technical Project Manager I took direction from the Program Manager and operated across multiple technology workstreams to support project delivery. Build of a single European Microsoft Exchange email platform Build of a single Active Directory platform A simplified application software distribution platform – SCCM Migration of Active Directory and Exchange Email Users into a single domain.
Digital workplace migration. The project that I was engaged on was a large, complex domain migration project that required various technical foundation services changes, while minimising impact to employees. There were multiple workstreams and PM resources engaged on this project, requiring alignment within multiple businesses.
Sseeking a bigger challenge, I transferred from the T-Mobile account to the Shell Global Account, working for T-Systems’ flagship customer, Royal Dutch Shell. The project that I was engaged on was a large, complex storage migration project that required exacting due diligence in order to ensure application data integrity and minimized impact to Shell production application landscapes. There were multiple workstreams and PM resources engaged on this project, working within global T-Systems NL data center consolidation, Shell application and storage migration and T-Systems NL internal storage migration projects My responsibilities included: • Project Management of my individual workstream, adhering to program timescales, performing risk analysis, managing dependencies and ensuring clear communications to the customer and my PM colleagues • Liasing with Shell customer and co-coordinating due diligence for applications to prepare for migrations to new storage platform as part of infrastructure upgrades • Business analysis of storage to clean up unused storage and adhere to cost savings targets • Co-ordinate with wider PM team to advise on technical approach for storage consolidation • Manage due diligence analysis with teams in Malaysia and US for migrations to minimize impact on applications and users • Reporting on KPIs (offlining, migrations (data & application)) and decommissioning
