As Division Vice President of HR for AMETEK’s MCT (Measurement, Communications & Testing) Division, I serve as a strategic partner to the Division’s General Manager and leadership team, helping shape and execute business strategy through high-impact people initiatives. In this role, I lead the development and implementation of a divisional HR strategy that supports the business’ operational and growth objectives.
