With over 20 years of experience in human resources, I am a strategist and leader who develops and deploys HR policies and procedures that align with the country and group strategies, support the business objectives, and ensure compliance with local legislation. Currently, I am the HR Director Benelux at Pierre Fabre Group, a global leader in dermo-cosmetics and pharmaceuticals with a strong commitment to social and environmental responsibility. As the HR Director Benelux, I am responsible for the annual HR budget, forecasting, and reporting, as well as the local compensation and benefits policy, recruitment and integration, and organizational design and evolution. I also advise and support the management team and the internal clients on all HR matters, and foster constructive relationships and dialogue with the unions. Develop, propose and deploy the hr policy for the subsidiary, in line with the country strategy and in compliance with the policy defined by the Group. • Propose and develop HR procedures / tools to support the subsidiary. • Supervise human resources administration operations. • Responsible for annual HR budget, forecasting process and reporting. • Propose and implement local comp & ben policy (pension, health, etc.). • Ensure and coordinate local recruitment and integration missions. • Advise the management for the evolution/adaptation of local organizations in accordance with the development/business objectives and ensure its deployment for HR aspects. • Ensure compliance with local legislation, particularly in terms of disciplinary law and personal safety. • Propose and implement a training plan in line with business needs.
