With over 20 years of experience in human resources, I am a strategist and leader who develops and deploys HR policies and procedures that align with the country and group strategies, support the business objectives, and ensure compliance with local legislation. Currently, I am the HR Director Benelux at Pierre Fabre Group, a global leader in dermo-cosmetics and pharmaceuticals with a strong commitment to social and environmental responsibility. As the HR Director Benelux, I am responsible for the annual HR budget, forecasting, and reporting, as well as the local compensation and benefits policy, recruitment and integration, and organizational design and evolution. I also advise and support the management team and the internal clients on all HR matters, and foster constructive relationships and dialogue with the unions.
