Molecular biologist with a background in genomics research and graduate training in bioinformatics. Experience includes RNA-seq differential expression analysis, variant annotation and prioritization, comparative genomics, Cytoscape network analysis, and Linux/HPC workflows. Research interests include genomics, computational biology, microbial ecology, and biological data interpretation.
