As a Project Management for IT and Business related projects I found my professional passion. With no IT background, I discovered the world of IT projects in my years as a business consult for Dynamics CRM and established my IT knowledge. Soon to realize that my personality and the characteristics for a project manager are strongly in line with each other, I found my place within the project state of mind. Working in a pragmatic way more then in theory of Project Management is how I like to work. Every project and every team has it's own personality. My starting point as Business Consultant remains also a passion. Reviewing processes and looking for a optimized way of working with the implementation of the software remains a fullfilling job.
