- Quality Monitoring & Microbial Profiling: Identifies and curates endophytic bacterial profiles in Spirulina cultures to ensure the quality and purity of raw materials according to biofertilizer product specifications. - Metabolic Analysis & Data Integrity: Analyzes the potential of bacterial secondary metabolites through highly accurate bioinformatics metadata to ensure data integrity and the validity of the selection of candidate bacteria for the final product. - Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): Systematically manages sampling and technical documentation according to SOPs, ensuring data traceability from the sampling stage to laboratory analysis to support company operational standards.
- Preparation & Sterilization: Responsible for the preparation of various culture media (LB, NA, ZMA, NB) and ensuring equipment sterility using an autoclave and Laminar Air Flow (LAF) according to strict SOPs to ensure data integrity. - Microbiology Testing: Isolating, physicochemical characterization, and bacterial enumeration (TPC/ALT) of 30 isolates with a high level of accuracy, while ensuring an aseptic work environment. - Documentation & Standards: Implementing laboratory safety standards (K3/GLP), systematically managing primary data according to GdocP principles, and preparing accurate evaluation reports.
