o Act as HR&Admin Head at Lexington plaza hotel. Hold the post of Training Manager concurrently at Minqiang Group. Overall three function of HR & Admin & Training management to support business growth in China. o Oversee overall spectrum of human resources activities include manpower administration, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee services and relation, and control the HR operations quality. o Liasing with function head to finalize company annual headcount plan and budget. Compose job description and hiring plan and ensure full implementation of the plan according to the timeline. o Deeply touching the business to provide the consulting and suggestion from HR perspective o Work out the Staff Development Plan and handle the Employee Relationship issues. Be the voice of employees towards the leadership team and vice-verse. o Key coordinator of HR programs and projects, such as MTP. o Working closely with business unit on group projects, such as campus recruiting, training programs and other employer branding activities. Maintain good relations with government, schools, labor management department.
