• Created Internet edge network topology diagrams from security perspective for all major sites and their data centers, providing a clear overall picture of our network design for internal reference and external auditing. • Migrated desktop users in 12 office locations directly to OpenDNS, actively responded to any related issues and successfully handled an incident of DNS resolution failure during migration. Significantly improved the visibility of malware and botnet DNS requests (to 95%). • Fixed health errors/access issues on existing security monitor tools, documented/corrected the corresponding team Wiki pages. Created an automate weekly configuration backup process and performed patching for all devices to keep them at the latest OS versions. • Coordinated with other teams to migrate our monitoring devices (NetWitness, SourceFire, FireEye, etc.) from legacy environment to UCS cloud.
