I turn data into actionable insights that drive strategy for media, entertainment, and tech organisations—combining analytical rigour with creative storytelling to solve complex business challenges. At iResearch's TMT Consulting team, I analysed multi-platform data and audience behaviour to guide content platform strategies, from evaluating sponsorship ROI to developing user personas for market entry projects. Earlier at Hunan Broadcasting System, I contributed to documentary production, learning how structured storytelling transforms complex topics into accessible narratives. What makes my approach distinctive is the combination of quantitative analysis and human-centred insight. I'm passionate about understanding how people engage with stories and translating those insights into measurable impact.
