7.5 years researching experience in metallic materials (since Ph.D. study) and 4 years working experience in manufacturing processes of aircraft engine. Experience in process quality control and knowledge of special processes(such as forging, heat treatment, shoot peening, etc). Strong communicator with suppliers and partners.
● Monitor the quality of superalloy & steel parts and manufacturing processes of suppliers. Ensure the quality of delivered products through reviewing documentation and test data. ● Perform audits of special processes(such as smelting, forging, heat treatment, shoot peening, etc.). Perform quality system audits with quality team. ● Resolve problems encountered during the manufacturing processes. Perform causal analysis through quality tools and statistical method. Follow corrective actions and continuous improvement plans. ● Work closely with suppliers and internal design teams in projects of new materials & processes application. Establish related enterprise standard and provide training to suppliers. ● Participate in Type Certificate of raw materials and forgings with CAAC representatives. ● 1 year working experience as the technical representative in Xi'an to resolve technical issues and improve process quality in suppliers in the northwest district.
