•Assisted in Preparing 1040 federal tax documents by assembling, analyzing, and inputting financial information to ensure accurate and federally compliant tax returns to clients using Drake Tax. •Interviewed client to obtain necessary Form 1040 information (English, Cantonese, mandarin) on taxable income, deductibles, expenses, and allowance while exercising due diligence. •Assisted in the completion of Form 941, NYS45, ST100, and 1120 by obtaining, verifying, assembling, and organizing the records provided by clients. •Provided continuous support to 200+ LLCs, and Incorporated clients regarding new regulations, grants, programs, federal tax, and state tax letters.
•Strategically planned and executed the marketing plan for CUNY CLASH, the inaugural ideas competition to the 25 CUNY campus, reaching all 5 boroughs through targeted marketing/promotion, and designing promotion material/posters. • Directed interviews for Fall 2021 programs NVA 1 and improved methodology for interviews for NVA 2. •Point person for NVA 1 and NVA 2, coordinating between the executive mentors, 40+ participants, and the executive director. •Report daily updates directly to the executive director of CUNYstartups.
