- E-Commerce Analytics & O2O (Online-to-Offline) Strategy: Analysed e-commerce metrics via Google, Meta, and Shopify Analytics. Translated complex digital datasets into strategic insights, leading Marketing to successfully reallocate resources toward a physical retail outlet to optimise customer acquisition. - Platform Architecture & Data Telemetry: Engineered end-to-end Shopify architecture and executed critical third-party integrations (Payment gateways, Meta Pixel, Google tags). Established foundational data telemetry to accurately capture initial web traffic, user sessions, and early subscriber growth.
