I’m helping the company establish an IT transformation foundation for daily operations, including basic information management, workflow standardization, and lightweight systems that support routine business execution. In addition, I contribute a technical perspective to customer-facing procurement and requirements digitization projects—advising on specifications, solution options, data flows, and implementation considerations.
As the CIO WW/APAC Sales Enablement team member, I focus on IBM CRM platform transformation, In the Salesforce/Sugar CRM Cloud adoption for IBM in APAC. I devote AI innovation to improve the platform. We built Chatbot via Watson Assistant with knowledge base in Seismic. I designed and managed the project for Video Caption Translator base on large language model. We built Account 360 application in Slack to analyze account base on gen AI technology.
As Business Design Consultant in IBM GCG CIO team, we focused on the business transformation via technology tool as leverage to improve IBM productivity. Eg. CRM platform transformation Agile Methodology,Design Thinking Methodology enablement IBM Connections changed to Box , Webex, IBM Publisher IBM Sametime changed to Slack,Mural,Trello etc.
