Hi! I’m Jiamin, an undergraduate student pursuing the Bachelor of Business degree at RMIT University, SIM Global Education. I was an intern in Global Network Banking within Corporate & Institutional Banking. My main tasks consist of: -taking down meeting minutes -extracting and consolidating data using Excel -doing up PowerPoint slides for team presentations -writing & sending out emails -client-related tasks
-Help cruise guests to check-in smoothly to ensure that they have a great start to their holiday -Learn to use the company's issued devices (laptop and ipad) to check guests in -Handle complex situations (e.g. customers with issues)
-Getting customers to sign up for membership
-Cashiering -Brewing tea -Making drinks
