- Assist and advice clinicians for product’s optimal usage during procedure at designated facility such as operation theatre, ward etc. - Ensure professional service (e.g., punctuality, organized, pre-planning) and maintain good rapport with surgeons and department staffs (e.g., OT nurses/scrub nurses and clinic) assistant - Collaborate closely with Business and Clinical Manager/Supervisor for day-to-day cases as per schedule, occasional outstation trips are required - Report and discuss to Head of Sales for technical issues, matters related to case assistance and ways to improve service and surgical guidance to surgeons - To initiate case discussion with Dr pre-post-surgery when needed
- Assist effectively in managing Patient Access Program(s) by liaising with stakeholders (hospitals, pharmacies, patients etc.) - Ensure that eligible patients are enrolled in the program(s) in timely manner and in accordance with the project workflow and timelines - Ensure that current patients receive their medications promptly without disruptions - Place medication orders (FOC drugs), update delivery schedules and tracking information in the system - Prepare timely monitoring reports (monthly) with patient numbers and logistics - Attend and complete Pharmacovigilance, Pharma, and Product Training provided by the clients with a clear understanding of how to collect and report safety data - Report any Adverse Events/Product Complaints as per client’s requirements and/or Axios SOPPs
- Perform laboratory processes such as isolation, cell culture, quality control check, viability check, cell count, freezing, storage and retrieval of products mainly human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells and HUVECs - Ensure that all equipment and instruments used such as cell counter, micropipettes, centrifuge, shaking incubator and cryostorage tank are well maintained and calibrated - Adhere to standard operating procedures and ISO 15189, SAMM standards, cGMP certification and AABB standards at all times
- Involved in the research with title “Establishment of an In vitro Model for Investigating the Inhibitory Effects of Carica papaya Leaves Fraction on Necroptosis Cell Death Pathway in Liver Cells” - Done extraction and fractionation of Carica papaya leaves - Learnt about cell culture and how to perform MTT assay - Learnt how to use GC-MS and HPLC to analyze the phytocompounds in Carica papaya leaves extracts
- Involved in the research about the inhibitory effects of phytochemicals against enzymes from periodontopathogen using the docking software, Autodock 4 - Docked 17 compounds into the active site of the enzymes - Results of this project were shared on virtual Food BioTech Conference 2021 held in Russia and won the best poster award
