Key Research Projects and Achievements 1. Perovskite Light-Emitting Diode Efficiency Enhancement: • Improved interface treatment and fabrication processes to prevent damage from polar solvents. • Achieved a significant increase in device yield, external quantum efficiency, and brightness. • Co-authored a conference paper and presented a poster at OPTIC. 2. Hyperbolic Metamaterials (HMM) Research: • Studied HMMs to enable light emission from both sides of perovskite devices. • Served as a project assistant for a National Science Council project. 3. Transfer Process Pressure Parameters for Perovskite LEDs: • Investigated transfer process techniques to avoid damaging perovskite thin films. • Increased device operation lifetime from 22 seconds to 16.6 minutes while maintaining brightness and efficiency.
