Investment (Indonesia) Senior Procurement Engineer • Prepare procurement strategy for outsourcing the Engineering Services, Managed Service to local subcontractors. • Conduct forward outsourcing strategy, collect RFP (Request for Proposal), RFQ (Request for Quotation). • Qualified new subcontractors, and perform onsite assessment to review subcontractor business portfolio for Huawei Panel subcontractors’ qualification and registration. • Responsible on maintaining resources pool and acquire new suppliers into resources pool to create competition environment. • Perform annual suppliers’ portfolio reviews from commercial and technical aspects and quarterly subcontractors’ performances reviews to sustain subcontractors’ performances. Key Achievements: • Managed to complete RNO (Radio Network Optimization) 2-years Frame Bidding and sustaining the competitive prices.(Project Bidding Value 20M USD) • Managed to deliver and fulfill project delivery requirements, acquisition suppliers from 6 teams to 12 teams during project peak delivery.
Procurement Engineer • Responsible on sourcing activities base on category in charge (Services & Local material), Create sourcing strategy, method & environment that able meeting business case. • Execute frame bidding for engineering services sourcing from requisition stage until handover to project team. Responsibilities including, RFP, RFI, RFQ, negotiation on commercial term and condition with suppliers. • Support for Tender project, responsible for subcontractors sourcing part from contract clause review, SOC (Statement of Compliance), subcontractor’s requirement, responsibility matrix. Developing sourcing strategy in accordance to project requirements and delivery planning, leveraging volumes purchasing power to negotiate significant savings on the products and services. • Building suppliers’ resources pool based on different product and engineering services requirements, and qualified new suppliers that meeting company profile requirement. • Quarterly reviewing suppliers’ performance, follow up with suppliers’ portfolio to further categorized supplier’s level from perspective of TCO.
