Greater Paris Metropolitan Region
I have been practicing project management for several years, first in the telecommunication research area (for instance projects with lead-times of one year), then more on the operational side (for instance very aggressive lead-times of six months for IN payment projects). I was PMP/PMI certified in 2005 and finished in May 2008 a MASTERE with HEC and SUPAERO (Paris-Toulouse) related to international projects management. I am also IPMA Level B, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified (SSCBB), Executive Coach Certified HEC Paris and, as a trainer, FFP (Fédération de la Formation Professionnelle) certified, AFEST certified (C-CAMPUS), AI for Learning (DLI Institute, Ireland), Leading Innovation (X). I am currently working inside SAFRAN University, as Head of Operations, Learning & Digital ("Directeur des opérations, de la pédagogie et du digital"), on various subjects dealing with learning, digital learning, consulting, mentoring and coaching area. Moreover, as a research associate inside the National Museum of Natural History (MNHN, Paris), I am there also in charge two projects related to data processing and archaeology (FRANCE and BRAZIL, Mato Grosso) and also teach in MASTER2 around the localised data treatment (acquisition, storage and exploitation) with in use topography, topometry, DBMS (spatial component) and GIS. Finally, I finished in November 2017 (Start in Octobre 2014), SKEMA Business School, a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), Project and Programme Management.
I have the joy and the privilege of leading the Operations and Learning & Digital departments of Safran University. Our university plays a key role in the development and professionalization of the men and women of our group. In the context of Safran University, France and International, our main goals are, -to guaranty professionalism throughout the design, development and deployment process of the full learning offer (design and delivery), including the digital dimension. -to be a lever for the transformation of the University in all its dimensions at the service of the Group's strategy and business by making Safran University a reference University in the 21st century.
