• Responsible for all systems and activities involved in the receiving and storage of ingredients and packaging. • Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures and maintain sanitation standards according to ISO. • Receive raw material and conduct first and second tests to assure quality. • Compare received material to Packing List, label the material, and register it as Purchasing Order in the JDE program. • Supervise a team of three staff members, train and assign daily workload. • Process Transfer Sale/Transfer Order per request. • Compare inventory with stock and recommend adjustments and justifications. • Coordinate with other staff to ensure work orders and the Bill of Material is compatible. • Report on the uncompleted work order and follow up with production to complete the work. • Verify Sales Order and Received Orders with warehouse stock. • Maintain a neat and clean storage area.
