Asset management and property manager oversight of CHLDC’s 26 building low income housing portfolio Two Shades of Green is a partnership with LISC to adopt green and healthy property management practices that reduce operating expenses and create healthier living environments for Cypress Hills building residents and staff. Using a building wide approach, I managed and promoted all aspects of the project's sustainability Initiatives, green and healthy building improvements and property maintenance using cost effective measures focusing on: ● Energy and Water Efficiency Upgrades and Tracking ● Smoke-Free Housing ● Integrated Pest Management ● Green Cleaning ● Active Design
