I graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Behavioral Science. Through this program, I acquired comprehensive skills and knowledge in various facets of Human Resources, including recruitment, training and development, labor relations, and performance management. Following graduation, I began my career as a Recruitment Administrator at McKinsey & Company. Building on my expertise in talent attraction, I then worked as a Consultant at Robert Walters Philippines, where I was part of an exceptional team specializing in Technology and Transformation. I also gained international recruitment experience at a UK-based recruitment firm, where I successfully worked on diverse roles across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
