I build enterprise revenue engines — the go-to-market architecture, team structure, operating rhythm, and pipeline discipline that make commercial organizations scale. Over 21 years at Microsoft, I advanced from technology specialist to leadership roles spanning strategic accounts, partner ecosystems, and services. I then joined Avaya to lead the turnaround of its largest U.S. region. At Genesys, I served in three SVP roles over four years — cloud commercial strategy, Global Strategic Accounts, and General Manager of North America Sales and Pre-Sales. Every role presented a different challenge, but the work was consistent: design the commercial architecture, build the right leadership teams, and execute until performance shifts.
