Supporting the Inside Sales Manager in leading a department of Inside Sales Representatives for EMEA in selling Lenovo products, services, solutions to end customer and SMB customer (LenovoPRO) through inbound and outbound phone calls and chats. I supervise and coordinate the schedules of the Inside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas by selling our PSCD portfolio and the benefits of the full Lenovo product catalogue against the competition.
• Pro-actively coordinate monthly promotions and regional strategy within the team. • Pro-actively manage order quality issues in order to achieve targets defined by management and ensure all necessary actions and escalations are in place. • Pro-actively manage Backlog to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and within SLA (e.g. Presales Inbox Task). Respond to all requests in a timely fashion ensuring that any external communications are on professional level. • Participate in bi-weekly meetings with Supervisor and other Team Coordinators on cross-regional topics. • Play active part in weekly morning briefs with EMEA eCommerce team on regional updates (in case of need). • Regional Team ambassador (this applies to the way of working, morale, productivity and work attitude. We want to be able to rely and trust the Team Coordinator at all times knowing rules and guidelines are followed at all times). • Extend and improve product & process knowledge constantly • Order cancelation (in GC)
