Vous arbitrez chaque semaine des décisions à plusieurs millions. Un recrutement clé, un go/no-go pour un gros investissement en OpEx, une restructuration où des grosses têtes ont besoin d’être coupées, un arbitrage budgétaire qui va peser sur 18 mois de P&L, une acquisition qui peut changer la trajectoire… ou plomber le bilan. Chaque décision se joue entre 2 risques : aller vite et se tromper, ou attendre et voir le coût de l’inaction grimper, l’opportunité ne plus être d’actualité, le concurrent prendre la place sur le marché. À ce niveau, vous ne pouvez pas en parler à votre équipe : vous êtes celle/celui qui doit décider. Pas toujours à votre board non plus, ce n’est pas le lieu de penser à voix haute mais pour vous positionner. Et votre coach exec habituel vous mentore et ne vous accompagne pas sur la posture, ni sur l’arbitrage. C’est là que je m’assois avec vous. Je suis votre Sparring Partner sur les décisions à fort impact financier. Mon rôle : vous aider à trancher vite, sans absorber seul le poids de l’arbitrage. Concrètement, je pose les questions qui exposent ce que vous ne voyez pas/ne voulez pas voir, je challenge les options sur la table, je nomme les angles morts (les vrais, pas ceux qui flattent le narratif). Et je vous laisse prendre la décision, toujours. Pendant 14 ans, j’ai été dans vos salles : Responsable de départements achats Europe, multi-régionaux, voire Monde. Équipes multi-culturelles, budgets à plusieurs millions, décisions sous pression. Je connais le coût d'une mauvaise décision, humaine, financière, politique. Et celui de la procrastiner. Quelle décision repoussez-vous depuis trop longtemps ?
