During my 'near' four decades of IT experience, I was exposed to the extremely various innovations in technology that brought massive transformations, now having reached the Era of Artificial Intelligence and the autonomously goal driven decision-making/action of Agentic AI processes that needed to enable the new Corporate Digital Workforce. Having participated in the management/analysis/design/delivery of multiple CRM solutions provided me with a large multi-disciplinary professional experience in almost all levels of project deliveries.
