VELVET - Very High Speed Trains - 15 years maintenance including fleet maintenance in dedicated site
General management of site (about 500 people). Industrialization, welding, machining, assembly and delivery of rolling stock trains and components. Site transformation: recruitment about +150 HC (welders, fitters, support functions), ERP change (SAP-GSI), CAPEX for new metro fitting line, robot welding and machining. Loan agreement with QC governement achieved and exceeded. 2 new RS contracts in production and ramp-up phase.
Rolling Stocks Bogies and Motors Portfolio management: - Product strategy (Product 3 Year Plan), - Products R&D, Product range and competition management, - Product improvement plans management, - Coordination of Innovation Management for Bogies and Motors, - Product definition for the future Business Opportunities and pre-tendering, - Product reliability improvement. Interface with the Rolling Stocks Platforms, Engineering and Industrial. Worldwide and multi-Sites activity. Team Management: 10 engineers based in France, Germany, India, USA (direct or dotted lines).
